When will I be billed?

Your first bill arrive via email on your first collection day. After that your be billed every 3 months. To better conserve resources we strongly recommend you take advantage of email billing and online bill pay. If you prefer your bill to be mailed, please call us or contact us via email.

How can I pay?

The easiest way to pay is to pay directly from the invoice that is sent to you via email. There will be a link on the invoice that will allow you pay directly with our accounting software. The email bill will come from office@getduncan.com and Freshbooks. You can also choose to send us a check at PO BOX 518, South Lyon, MI 48178 or call in with a credit card payment.

Do you offer Auto Pay?

Yes we do! Make your life a little easier - when you receive your email invoice and click on the link to pay, you will see the option to automatically pay future invoices via credit card or ACH.

When is my bill due?

Your bill is due within 10 days of the invoice date. After 30 days there will be a $5 late fee added to your account. If your account goes 90 days past due your service will be suspended. We encourage all customers to set up auto-pay to prevent any service interruptions!

I can't find my email bill...

First, make sure you're checking the same email that you signed up for services with. Next, check your junk mail. If those both fail. Fill out this form and we will email you a copy!

I am having a hard time keeping up with my bills...

Duncan believes that trash collection is not a luxury but rather a utility. If you are going through difficult times please contact us and we can work out a payment plan to ensure your service continues without interruption.
